Baltimore, Rath and The Islands Community Council is a voluntary group nominated by their community to form a board charged with the responsibility of co-ordinating the maintenance, upkeep and upgrade of public and community facilities in and around Baltimore. Furthermore the role is to liaise with and assist the numerous local organisations within the area.
